👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 agree 100%, at one point I started to think about taking my 30+ years experience in tech, entrepreneurship and teaching along with an NYU MBA and use that experience to help identify founders/startup and help them get funding.

I quickly found out that, it is damn near impossible based on the capital requirements. Not sure how you are going to fix this problem without first addressing the capital requirements, it will take YEARS, for the interns and apprentices of color that are being trained to get to the point where they can move the needle while there are a lot of qualified folks who can add value now with proper support but simply lack the capital to engage.

IMHO this is system that has created challenges the disproportionately impact people of color due to other socioeconomic conditions in this country
